2 eggs, beaten

2 tablespoons milk or buttermilk

Prepare breading stations:

Bowl 1: Flour + salt + pepper + paprika + garlic powder.

Bowl 2: Eggs + milk (whisked).

Bowl 3: Panko breadcrumbs.

Coat the chicken:

Dredge each strip in seasoned flour.

Dip in egg mixture.

Roll in panko until fully coated.

Fry:
Heat oil (about 1 inch deep) in a large skillet to 350°F (175°C).
Fry chicken in batches for 3–4 minutes per side, until golden brown and cooked through (165°F internal temp).
Drain on paper towels.
