🍰 Apple Yogurt Cake – Moist and Fluffy Homemade Treat

🧂 Ingredients
1 ½ cups (190 g) all-purpose flour
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon baking soda
½ teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional but lovely)
½ cup (120 ml) vegetable oil or melted butter
¾ cup (150 g) granulated sugar
2 large eggs
1 cup (240 g) plain or Greek yogurt (whole milk for best texture)
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
2 medium apples, peeled and diced (about 2 cups)
1 tablespoon lemon juice (to toss apples and keep them bright)
Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)

Preheat oven:
Set to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9-inch (23 cm) round cake pan or springform pan.
